Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Voxnote. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The service
Voxnote records and syncs notes, transcribes audio, creates summaries, and provides AI-assisted questions and answers. Features may change as we improve the service.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account and for having the rights and permissions needed to record, upload, and process content. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and process it only to operate and improve the service you request.
AI and transcription
Transcripts, summaries, and AI responses can contain errors or omissions. Review important output before relying on it. Voxnote is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other advice.
Free allowance
Free accounts currently receive 3 voice-note workflows and 20 AI questions per calendar month. Allowances reset monthly, have no cash value, and may be adjusted prospectively with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions and free trials
Voxnote Pro subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If Apple determines you are eligible for a free trial, the subscription automatically converts to the displayed paid plan when the trial ends unless canceled before renewal. Eligibility is determined by Apple and is generally limited to one introductory offer per subscription group.
Billing and cancellation
Apple charges your account at confirmation and for renewals. Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. Deleting the app or your Voxnote account does not by itself cancel an App Store subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not use Voxnote to violate law or another person's rights, record people without required consent, distribute harmful or infringing content, probe or disrupt the service, bypass limits, or automate abusive requests. We may restrict access needed to protect the service and users.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and changes
You may stop using Voxnote at any time. We may suspend access for material violations or security risks. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
